I went in to purchase a washing machine and was helped by a representative named Shamar. It was my first time buying a new washer and he made the process easy for me. He was very personable, professional, and kind. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions, he helped me compare machines to determine the best fit for my household. The washer was just installed and it's exactly what I needed. I will definitely be returning the next time I need another appliance.

I wanted to come on here specifically to give Kevin an honest review because he genuinely deserves the recognition. Kevin was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond to help me, and his customer service was honestly next level. He was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. What really stood out was how personable and genuine he was. You don’t come across people like Kevin every day. He’s the kind of person who makes you feel like you’ve known him for years. Honestly, after talking with him, I’d invite the guy over to hang out with my friends and family. 😂 Lowe’s is lucky to have someone like Kevin. He’s a perfect example of what great customer service should look like. If you’re ever in Lowe’s and need help, find Kevin you won’t regret it!

I was shopping for a refrigerator and found one that would do nicely. The sales person was great. It was to be delivered two days from the purchase. When they arrived, they took out the old refrigerator, which I told them to put on the front porch because I had someone coming to get it and it was much larger than the one they were bringing in. They got my refrigerator out just fine and when they brought the other one in they messed up my door by trying to take the hinges off the door without removing the pin, but unscrewing all of the supports for the hinge rather than take the pins out they took the screws out which damaged my door in all three hinges. I would send you pictures, but for some reason they will not upload They also messed up the front of the refrigerator on both doors And left a damaged place on the sideof the refrigerator. I told them I was refusing the order and they needed to take it back. They set up to have another one brought out two days later. I needed a refrigerator and so I waited using my old refrigerator, which is now on my front porch. When they got here with the second refrigerator before they even got it to my porch, I noticed damage at the bottom. I h

Very disappointed in Lowe's. Trying to work with them on 3100 + ft of flooring. The scheduling for a measurement with Serv Pro was a complete miscommunication disaster. We inconvenienced the homeowner we were purchasing from on 2 different occasions. They scheduled for a Monday from 1-5 and received a call on Monday that they did not go to that area on Monday! Rescheduled for Wednesday 1-5 with Lowe's, current homeowner and Serv Pro for Wednesday 1-5. Received a call from the person measuring at 10 am on Wednesday that he did not go to that area on that day and he was the only one that measured! I wasted many hours for 5 days trying to speak to Management in Lowe's. 4pm on Wednesday, Serv Pro is sending someone to the house, but it will be 5-5:30 arriving. The homeowner agreed to stay and wait. The guy showed up and said he had no idea what he was there to measure! The homeowner we are purchasing from called us and we explained what to measure. The guy measuring forgot to measure the steps! 5 days wasted and we still do not have a quote! The other part, we were told by John, the manager in the flooring department that he would honor a sale price for labor on installation which incl

This is a nice sized and well kept Lowe’s with a good outdoor section which is bigger than that orange home improvement centers Lawn and Garden. However it is still not a “super Lowe’s” which is what I call the really big ones, this one is more medium sized and missing all that comes with that, but should still have just about everything you could need, except for in a couple places like the DeWalt tools section where Home Depot does has them beat as far as in Lawn and Garden DeWalt tools (this Lowe’s doesn’t even have a dewalt section there) and in brand new releases of DeWalt stuff or the in stock amounts of it. Lowe’s does win when it comes to Craftsman varieties and amounts of stuff if your into that sorta thing, and Lowe’s has Kobalt which is their generic brand that they have and promote to use ahead of everything else along with a couple other smaller generic companies, compared to Home Depot’s HDX and Rigid tools offerings. The other thing that kind of irritates me is the clothes section in the front middle of the store, now don’t get me wrong i am glad that they have a selection of tooling manufacturers clothing I like the stuff but I can get that and usually do online
